Widerrufsrecht & Rückgabe (Return & Refund Policy)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in accordance with EU consumer law.

Hygiene & Food Safety Notice To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging. Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the seal of the food product was removed or tampered with after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is damaged (e.g., broken seal during transport) or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm the seal is intact, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
