Welcome to 7balanced. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at www.7balanced.com and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

7balanced is a brand of Aarnaa UG (Haftungsbeschränkt), Sudbrackstraße 12, 33611 Bielefeld, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “7balanced”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking “Buy Now” or completing checkout, you submit a binding purchase offer. The sales contract is only concluded when we send you a written order confirmation by email or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a reason.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are final prices and include the applicable statutory German VAT (7% for food products). Shipping and handling costs are displayed separately and are clearly indicated during the checkout process before you complete your order.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. In the event of payment default, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest and collection costs.

3. Delivery and Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times and shipping costs are clearly indicated on our website and during checkout. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the goods. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to your absence, re-delivery or collection arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of Aarnaa UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) until full payment has been received and cleared.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.

Hygiene and Food Safety Exception: In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to all 7balanced food products. Products must be returned in their original, unopened and sealed condition.

6. Warranty and Liability

We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable statutory law. As a food brand, we guarantee that all products conform to their description, meet applicable EU food safety standards, and are within their stated best-before date at the time of dispatch.

Our liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

7. Product Information and Allergen Advice

We take great care to provide accurate product descriptions, nutritional information, and allergen declarations on all product packaging and our website. However, our products are manufactured in facilities that may handle various allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. Customers with known allergies or food intolerances are advised to read all product labels carefully before consumption and consult a healthcare professional if uncertain. 7balanced cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to read the provided allergen information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of 7balanced / Aarnaa UG (Haftungsbeschränkt) and is protected under German and international copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants, legal entities under public law, or public special funds is Bielefeld, Germany.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
