Shipping Policy

At 7balanced, we are committed to delivering your premium breakfast cereals, granola, and overnight oats safely and swiftly to your door. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend slightly. You will be notified by email in such cases.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Germany and across the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include order processing time. While we strive to meet these estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via your 7balanced account.
4. Special Considerations for Food Products
All 7balanced products are food items. All orders are packed in food-safe, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that appears damaged or compromised during transit, please photograph it immediately and contact us at contact@7balanced.com within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and Germany. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or forwarding addresses. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU)
All prices displayed on our website include the applicable German VAT (7% for food products). For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU (if applicable in future), the recipient is responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the carrier will leave a delivery notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Uncollected parcels will typically be returned to us after a holding period. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you have received a damaged shipment, please contact our customer care team immediately at contact@7balanced.com or call us at +49 172 7304485. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and ensure a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.
